- State Programme Manager (SPM), Deputy State Programme Manager: Masters in Fisheries Science/M.Sc. in Zoology/M.Sc. in Marine Sciences/M.Sc. in Marine Biology/Masters in Fisheries Economics/Industrial Fisheries/Fisheries Business Management.
- District Program Manager: Master of Fisheries Science/ M.Sc. in Zoology/ M.Sc. in Marine Science/ M.Sc. in Marine Biology/ Master in Fisheries Economics/ Industrial Fisheries/ Fisheries Business Management with a Diploma in Information Technology (IT)/ Computer Application.
Pay Scale
- State Programme Manager (SPM): Rs. 70,000/- per month
- Deputy State Programme Manager: Rs. 55,000/- per month
- District Program Manager: Rs. 45,000/- per month
