For the post of Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist:

1. Part-I – Written Examination (Total 300 Marks)
   • English – 100 Marks (2 hours)
   • Arithmetic – 100 Marks (1 hour)
   • General Knowledge – 100 Marks (1 hour)
2. Part-II – Computer Science Test (Practical) – 100 Marks (1 hour)
3. Part-III – Viva-Voce Test – 35 Marks

For the post of Junior Typist:

1. Part-I – Written Examination (Qualifying in Nature)
   • English – 100 Marks (2 hours)
2. Part-II – Typewriting Test (Practical) – 50 Marks (10 minutes)
3. Part-III – Computer Science Test (Practical) – 100 Marks (1 hour)
4. Part-IV – Viva-Voce Test – 35 Marks

Typing Skill Requirement: Candidate must have a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English.

For the post of Stenographer Grade-III:

1. Part-I – Written Examination (Qualifying in Nature)
   • English – 100 Marks (2 hours)
2. Part-II – Shorthand & Typewriting Test (Practical) – 50 Marks (15 minutes)
3. Part-III – Computer Science Test (Practical) – 100 Marks (1 hour)
4. Part-IV – Viva-Voce Test – 35 Marks

Shorthand Skill Requirement: Candidate must have a minimum shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and 40 words per minute in typewriting in English.

• The syllabus for all the above examinations will follow the guidelines laid down in the Odisha District and Civil Courts’ Judicial Staff Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008 and subsequent amendments.
• All stages must be qualified in the given sequence to proceed to the next stage.
