- M.E/ M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering / Agricultural Information Technology (Min. 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA)
- M.Sc. in Geo-informatics/ Remote Sensing / GIS (Min. 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA)
- B.Tech in Agriculture IT/ Geo-informatics/ Agricultural Engineering (Min. 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA)
- B.Tech in Computer Science/ Data Science (Min. 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA)
- M.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences (Various disciplines) (Min. 65% marks or 6.84 CGPA)
Pay Scale
- Project Scientist-I: ₹56,000/- + HRA per month
- Project Associate-I: ₹31,000/- + HRA per month
