- Senior Manager (HRM): Full Time MBA/PGDM in HRM/PM/IR with 60% marks.
- Deputy Manager (CS): Qualified Company Secretary.
- Other posts: Relevant Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks.

- General Manager (Civil): Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/-
- Deputy General Manager (Civil/Finance): Rs. 80,000 – 2,20,000/-
- Senior Manager (Civil/HRM): Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/-
- Manager (Finance): Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
- Deputy Manager (CS/Mechanical): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
