Eligibility
- Joint Director (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a recognised University.
- General Manager: An Engineering Degree / B.Pharma / MBA from a recognised University.
- Manager: B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter) from a recognised University / Body.
Pay Scale
- Joint Director (Finance): Pay Level-12 (15600-39100)
- General Manager: Rs. 2,00,000/- + PF
- Manager: Rs. 50,000/- + PF
