- Sub-Inspectress: Height 160 cm, Weight 49 kg
- Sergeant (Male): Height 173 cm, Weight 60 kg, Chest 86-91 cm
- Standards differ for Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis & ST candidates.
