- Deputy General Manager: Maximum 41 Years

- PwBD: UR/EWS – 10 Years, OBC – 13 Years, SC/ST – 15 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: 5 Years (with minimum 5 years service)
Eligibility
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience Requirements:
- Senior Manager: Minimum 6 Years
- Deputy General Manager: Minimum 13 Years
- General Manager: Minimum 16 Years
- Experience must be in highways, roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, or infrastructure sectors.
Pay Scale
- Senior Manager (Technical): ₹67,700 – 2,08,700 (IDA)
- Deputy General Manager (Technical): ₹78,800 – 2,09,200 (IDA)
- General Manager (Technical): ₹90,000 – 2,40,000 (IDA)
- Senior General Manager (Technical): ₹1,00,000 – 2,60,000 (IDA)
