- Unreserved Category (UR): Rs. 500/-
- Reserved Categories (Women, SEBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwD, Ex-Servicemen): Rs. 400/-
- Fee must be paid online only

- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years

- General Women: 5 Years
- Reserved Category Men: 5 Years
- Reserved Category Women: 10 Years
- PwD (General): 10–15 Years
- PwD (Reserved): 15–20 Years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service Years + 3 Years
Eligibility
- Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized University.
- Basic Computer Knowledge as per Gujarat Govt. Rules.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
- Registration with Indian Association of Physiotherapist (IAP) is required.
- Registration with Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapist (when constituted).
Pay Scale
- Initial 5 Years: ₹49,600/- (Fixed Pay)
- After 5 Years: ₹39,900 – 1,26,600/- (Level-7 Pay Scale)
- Other benefits as per Gujarat Government norms.
