- Role Overview: Manage daily operations, supervise maintenance/repair of plant equipment (panels, inverters, switchgear, transformers, substations, transmission lines), carry out breakdown diagnosis and reporting, enforce HSE protocols, maintain spares inventory, assist in erection/commissioning, and prepare O&M documentation.
