Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology in related discipline with:

- Qualification must be from a recognized University/AICTE Approved Institution.
- Mechanical: Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical: Electrical Engineering / Power Engg. / Electrical & Electronics Engg.
- Chemical: Chemical Engineering / M.Tech in Applied Chemistry
Pay Scale
- During Training (1 year): Rs. 40,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,40,000/-
- Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 40,000/-
- After Training: Absorbed as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade): Rs. 60,000 – 3% – Rs. 1,80,000/-
