- Semi Professional Assistant: Master’s in Library Science OR Bachelor’s with 2 years experience.
- Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience, typing skills and computer proficiency.
- Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Physics/Chemistry/Microbiology with 2 years lab experience.
- Lower Division Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree, typing skills and computer proficiency.
