Eligibility

  • Scientist-B: M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 55% marks (Relaxation as per rules), Year of completion: 2023 or later.
  • Experience in fabrication of scientific instruments required. Superannuated scientists are also welcome.
  • Junior Research Scientist (JRS) / Senior Research Scientist (SRS): M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 55% marks, Year of completion: 2023 or later.
  • NPDF: Ph.D. in Physics.
  • JRF / SRF: M.Sc. in Physics with minimum 55% marks, Year of completion: 2023 or later.
  • Desirable for JRF / SRF: Valid CSIR / UGC-NET and / or DST-INSPIRE scholarship.

Salary / Stipend

  • Scientist-B: As per experience
  • JRS / SRS: As per ICSP Rules
  • NPDF: As provided by Government
  • JRF / SRF: Should have own funding
