- Venue: Gate No. 5, 4th Floor, Academics Section, New Academics & Administration Building, AIIMS Raipur.
- Reporting Time: 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM (No entry after 11:30 AM).
- Bring duly filled application form in prescribed format.
- Carry original certificates, mark sheets, degrees & proof of age.
