Important Dates
- Walk-in Interview Date: 09 March 2026
- Reporting Time: 09:00 AM
- Interview Time: 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Application Fee
- All Candidates: Rs. 500/- (Demand Draft in favour of ESI Fund A/c No.1 Payable at Puducherry)
Age Limit
- Specialist (Full/Part Time): Maximum 69 Years (as on date of interview)
- Senior Resident: Maximum 45 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per Government Rules for SC/ST/OBC candidates
Eligibility
- Specialist: MBBS with PG Degree or Diploma in concerned specialty from recognized University. Registered with MCI/State Medical Council. 3 years experience after PG Degree or 5 years after PG Diploma.
- Senior Resident: MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in concerned specialty. If no PG, MBBS with 2 years experience (including 1 year in concerned specialty) in Govt./Private Hospital. Must be registered with Medical Council.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Full Time Specialist: Rs. 67,700/- (Level 11) + Allowances as per 7th CPC
- Part Time Specialist: Rs. 60,000/- per month (16 hours/week) + Rs.15,000/- for emergency calls + Rs.800/- per extra hour
- Senior Resident: Rs. 56,100/- (Level 10) + Allowances as per 7th CPC
