Eligibility
- Diploma qualification required.
- Retired ONGC executives with minimum 5 years cumulative experience in Hazira Plant / Uran Plant / CPF Gandhar.
- Retired PSU professionals with minimum 5 years experience in refineries / petro-chemical plant.
- E4/E5 level designation at retirement (E6 level eligible with remuneration capped at E5 level).
Salary / Remuneration
- Monthly Honorarium: Rs. 66,000/-
- Communication Reimbursement: Rs. 2,000/- (Maximum per month)
- 80% monthly honorarium + reimbursement paid monthly.
- 20% paid after performance assessment at end of engagement.
- Annual Increment: 5% on honorarium if tenure extended after 1 year.
