Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences / Social Work / Population Studies / Public Health and allied fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in research projects in HIV/AIDS field (desirable).
- Experience with High Risk Groups (HRG) population, ICTC and ART Centres (preferred).
- Conversant in local language and English.
- Well-versed in reporting and documentation.
- Research skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, management and analysis.
- Experience conducting FGDs/IDIs with HRGs and Bridge population.
- Sensitivity towards HRG communities and PLHIVs.
- High level of commitment and integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organisational skills.
- Ability to strategize and implement field planning.
- Willingness to travel.
- Knowledge of National AIDS Control Programme and programmatic evaluations (desirable).
