Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate Degree / MBA / MSW / BA in relevant discipline from a recognized institute or university.
- Course must be full-time regular. Distance / Part-time / Online courses are not eligible.
- Candidates must not have more than 1 year of job experience.
Monthly Stipend
- ITI Electrician: ₹13,500
- Diploma (Electrical / Civil): ₹15,000 (including DBT)
- Graduate (Electrical / Civil): ₹17,500 (including DBT)
- HR Executive / CSR Executive / Rajbhasha Assistant: ₹17,500
- Additional ₹2,500 HRA if company accommodation is not provided.

- ITI Electrician: ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade.
- Diploma (Electrical): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Diploma (Civil): 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Graduate (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical Engineering.
- Graduate (Civil): B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) in Civil Engineering.
- HR Executive: MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial Relations.
- CSR Executive: Master’s Degree in Social Work / Rural Development / Management.
- Rajbhasha Assistant: B.A. (Hindi) with good knowledge of English.
