Salary / Pay Scale
- Full Time Specialist: Entry Pay Level-11 with basic pay of ₹67,700/- plus allowances as per ESIC rules.
- Part Time Specialist: ₹60,000/- per month for 4 hour session per day (4 days per week).
- Additional ₹15,000/- per month for emergency call duty.
- Extra duty payment: ₹800 per hour for additional hours beyond 16 hours/week.
