Age Limit
- Project Assistant / Project Associate / JRF / Research Scientist: Maximum 35 Years
- Project SRF: Maximum 32 Years
- Senior Project Associate / Project Scientist: Maximum 40 Years
- Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 Years, SC/ST/PwBD/Women – 5 Years (as per Government rules)
Eligibility
- Project Assistant-II: 3-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology in relevant branches or B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry.
- Project Associate-I: B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline or Master’s degree in relevant science subjects.
- Project Associate-II: Same qualification as Associate-I with minimum 2 years R&D experience.
- Project JRF / SRF: Relevant Graduate/Postgraduate degree with CSIR-UGC NET / GATE or equivalent qualification.
- Senior Project Associate / Project Scientist: B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech / PhD with required research experience.

- Temporary and project-based positions.
- Projects related to Robotics, Smart Manufacturing, Electric Mobility, Clean Energy and Hydrogen Technologies.
- Project tenure varies from 2026 to 2029 (project-wise).
