- Pay Level: Level 14
- Assistant Professor Grade-I – Ph.D. with First Class in preceding degree.
- Minimum 3–4 years post-Ph.D. experience.
- Pay Level: Level 12
- Assistant Professor Grade-II
- Ph.D. with First Class in preceding degree.
- Less than 3 years post-Ph.D. experience.
- Pay Level: Level 11
- Assistant Professor (Contract)
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
- No post-Ph.D. experience required.
- Pay Level: Level 10
Non-Teaching Positions
- Placement Officer
- Master’s Degree in HR or related subjects with minimum 55% marks.
- Minimum 6 years experience in placement/career development.
- Pay Level: Level 7 (₹44,900) or Level 8 (₹47,600)
- Executive (Corporate Relations & Placements)
- Master’s Degree in HR or related subjects with 55% marks.
- 3-5 years experience in relevant field.
- Pay Level: Level 5 (₹29,200) or Level 6 (₹35,400)
- Office Associate
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 55% marks.
- 2-6 years experience.
- Pay Level: Level 3 (₹21,700) or Level 4 (₹25,500)
- Civil Engineer (Contract)
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years experience in construction/civil works.
- Preferred: Retired Govt./PSU employees.
- Age Limit: 45-64 years
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
