- 1600 meters run: 8 mins (General), 9.5 mins (Ex-Servicemen), 10.5 mins (Women)
- 100 meters run: 15 sec (General), 16.5 sec (Ex-Servicemen), 18 sec (Women)
- Long jump: 3.80 m (General), 3.65 m (Ex-Servicemen), 2.75 m (Women)
Medical Standards
- Distant Vision: 6/6 in both eyes
- Near Vision: 0/5 in both eyes (Snellen)
