Eligibility
- Assistant General Manager (IT & Digital)/E-4: BCA/MCA/B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics or equivalent with 50% marks.
- Assistant General Manager (HR & Training)/E-4: MBA/PGDM in HR Management with 50% marks.
- Assistant General Manager (SI Operations)/E-4: Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks.
- Chief Manager (Risk & Compliance)/E-3: Graduate in Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related fields with PG qualification.
- Chief Manager (Legal)/E-3: LLB (3 or 5 years) with first division or 50% marks.
- Senior Manager (IT/IT-Digital & Communication/IT-Data Privacy)/E-2: BCA/MCA/B.Tech in relevant field with 50% marks.
- Manager (BUDS/SI/CKYCR Operations)/E-1: Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks.

- Assistant General Manager (E-4): Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 2,00,000/-
- Chief Manager (E-3): Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000/-
- Senior Manager (E-2): Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000/-
- Manager (E-1): Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000/-
