Eligibility
- Project Coordinator: Post Graduate degree in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Human Rights/Public Administration/Psychology/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community Resource Management or Graduate with 2 years experience in project formulation/implementation/monitoring preferably in Women & Child Development/Social Welfare. Proficiency in computers. Preference for personnel working in Emergency Helplines.
- Supervisor: Graduate preferably in B.A Social Work/Computer Sciences/Information Technology/Community Sociology/Social Sciences. Weightage for experienced candidates. Proficiency in computers. Preference for personnel with Emergency Helpline experience.
- Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health/Counselling or PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication.
- Case Worker: 12th pass from a recognized Board. Good communication skills. Weightage for experienced candidates. Preference for personnel working in Emergency Helplines.
Pay Scale
- Project Coordinator: Rs. 28,000/-
- Supervisor: Rs. 21,000/-
- Counsellor: Rs. 23,000/-
- Case Worker: Rs. 18,000/-
