Eligibility

  • B.Sc Nursing with Integrated BPCCHN (2021 or later): Must have passed Integrated BPCCHN course from an institute recognized by WBNC and possess registration/provisional certificate.
  • GNM / B.Sc Nursing (before 2021): Must have passed GNM / B.Sc / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from WBNC-recognized institute with valid registration.
  • Proficiency in Bengali/local language & dialect.
  • Desirable: Competency in MS Office & Internet.

Pay Scale

  • Consolidated Salary: Rs. 20,000/- per month
  • Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): Up to Rs. 5,000/- per month
  • CPCH Training Stipend (for GNM/B.Sc before 2021): Rs. 10,000/- per month
