- Minimum 4 years’ practice as an Advocate as on 31 July 2025.
- Experience in handling criminal law and fiscal law matters preferred.
- Preference to candidates with LLM or experience with other Law Enforcement Agencies.
Pay Scale / Fees Structure
- Effective Hearing: ₹9000 per case/day
- Non-Effective Hearing: ₹1500 per case/day (Max 5 hearings)
- Settling Pleadings: ₹3000 per case
- Miscellaneous Applications: ₹3000 per case
- Conference Fee: ₹900 per conference (Max 3)
- Other out-of-pocket expenses as per rules
