Eligibility
- Only women candidates who are active SHG members under NRLM for at least 2 years.
- Must have a valid member code updated in NRLM MIS (LokOS).
- Higher Secondary (Commerce) / Graduation (if no commerce candidate).
- Basic computer skills preferred (MS Word, Excel, Internet).
- Should have clear knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping.
- Must be physically fit & willing to work in field areas.
- Not eligible: ICDS/ASHA/NRP/BOD or any regular paid workers.
Pay Scale / Stipend
- Audit Charge per SHG (Yearly): Rs. 225 (with CIF Loan) / Rs. 200 (without CIF Loan)
- Audit Charge per Sangha Cooperative (Quarterly):
- Up to 50 Lakhs corpus: Rs. 500
- 50 Lakhs–1.25 Crore: Rs. 800
- Above 1.25 Crore: Rs. 1000
- Annual Bonus: Rs. 2000 (on completion of all assigned audits)
