Eligibility
- Senior Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant (Pay Level 6) or 5 years as Stenographer (Pay Level 4 or above), English/Hindi Stenography speed 120/100 w.p.m., Typing speed 35/30 w.p.m., Knowledge of Computer Applications.
- Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ experience as Junior Assistant or equivalent in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies/Reputed Private Companies (Turnover Rs. 200 Crores+), Typing speed 35/30 w.p.m., Computer proficiency.
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree with English Typing 35 w.p.m. or Hindi Typing 30 w.p.m., Computer proficiency.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 pass with Certificate Course in Library Science from a recognized institution.
Pay Scale
- Senior Personal Assistant: Pay Level-7
- Assistant: Pay Level-4
- Junior Assistant: Pay Level-2
- Library Attendant: Pay Level-1
- All posts as per 7th CPC (Pay Levels 1, 2, 4, 7).
