- Central Project Advisor (Deputation): Maximum 62 Years
- All Consultant Posts: Maximum 50 Years
- All Associate Consultant Posts: Maximum 45 Years
- Project Assistant: Maximum 40 Years
- Multi-Tasking Staff/Support Staff: Maximum 50 Years
- Age relaxation as per Government of India rules for reserved categories.
Eligibility (Educational Qualifications)
- Central Project Advisor (Deputation): Ph.D. in Engg./Technology/Management OR Master’s in Engg./Technology/Computer Applications/Mathematics + should be in pay level-14/14A (or equivalent).
- Consultants (Academic/IT/Procurement/Finance/Admin/Safeguards/M&E): Mostly Full-time Master’s / Professional qualifications (Ph.D. preferred for many academic/IT/M&E roles).
- Associate Consultants: Full-time Bachelor’s in Engineering/IT (Master’s preferred for many posts).
- Project Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field + 1-year Diploma in Computer Application.
- Multi-Tasking Staff: Intermediate (12th) or equivalent.
- Only Indian nationals are eligible. Prescribed qualifications & experience must be acquired on or before 01.12.2025.
Pay Scale / Consolidated Remuneration
- Central Project Advisor (Deputation): As per Government of India deputation terms.
- Consultants (All relevant posts): Rs. 1,20,000 – 1,50,000/- per month (consolidated).
- Associate Consultants (All 9 posts): Rs. 80,000 – 1,20,000/- per month (consolidated).
- Project Assistant (4 posts): Rs. 40,000 – 50,000/- per month (consolidated).
- Multi-Tasking Staff/Support Staff (6 posts): Rs. 35,000 – 40,000/- per month (consolidated).
- All positions are purely contractual; EdCIL reserves the right to discontinue engagement with one month’s notice based on client feedback.

Experience Requirements
- Central Project Advisor: Minimum 15 years experience in senior leadership roles related to technical education transformation projects.
- Consultants: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in relevant domains (teaching, research, procurement, finance, administration, IT, safeguards, M&E as applicable).
- Associate Consultants: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in the respective field.
- Project Assistant / MTS: Minimum 5 years relevant experience (where specified).
