- Junior Manager (Legal): First Class Degree in any discipline with LLB or Integrated LLB (5 years).
- Junior Manager (Production): First Class Diploma/Degree in Industrial Production / Mechanical / Automobile / Manufacturing / Production Engg. & Management.
- Junior Manager (Quality): First Class Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy / Chemical / Electronics / Instrumentation.
- Junior Manager (Safety): First Class Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety Engg. OR Engg. Degree with 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety.
- Junior Manager (Marketing & Export): First Class Diploma/Degree in Engg. or MBA in Marketing.
- Assistant Manager (Design & Development): First Class Degree in Engg. in Mechanical / Design / Thermal / Electrical / Metallurgy / Automobile / IT / CS / Robotics / etc.
- Assistant Manager (Mechanical Maintenance): First Class Degree in Engg. in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial & Production.
Pay Scale
- Rs. 30,000 – 40,000/- per month (as per post and qualifications).
