- Senior Resident (Level-11): Rs. 67,700/- + Allowances
- Super Specialist (FT): Rs. 2,00,000/- | (PT): Rs. 1,00,000/-
- Medical Officer (Level-10): Rs. 56,100/- + Allowances
- Specialist (FT): Rs. 67,700/- | (PT): Rs. 60,000/-
- Overall Salary Range: Rs. 56,100/- to Rs. 2,00,000/- Per Month

- Senior Resident (General Surgery): MS/DNB in General Surgery.
- Senior Resident (ICU): MD/DNB in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent.
- Senior Resident (Radiology): MD/DNB in Radiology.
- Super Specialist (Medical Oncology/Nephrology): MBBS + MD/DNB + DM/DNB + 2 Years Experience.
- Medical Officer: MBBS + Internship + NMC/MMC Registration.
- Specialists: MD/MS/DNB in relevant field + Required Experience.
