Eligibility

  • Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • Holder of Degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • Practicing as an Advocate in Civil/Criminal courts for a continuous period of not less than 7 years.
  • Must be a practicing Advocate at the time of appointment.

Pay Scale

  • Rs. 1,44,840 – 1,94,660/- per month plus allowances as per rules.

Selection Process

  • Preliminary Examination (Objective, 100 Marks) – Screening Test (2 Hours)
  • Main (Written) Examination (4 Papers) – Descriptive Type
  • Viva Voce/Interview (50 Marks)
  • Final Selection will be based on performance in Main Written Exam and Interview.
