Eligibility Criteria – Haryana Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence

Applicants will not be given training outside the state of Haryana.
LMV – NT/LTV Licence should be one year old.
Candidates’ age should be more than 20 years.
The Certificate of Authority (NOC) from which the LMV – NT/LTV Licence is made will have to be attached with the form.
After filling out the online form, the applicant has to take its printout and submit it to the Haryana State Transport Office on any working day.
Receipt number on the online form.
