Eligibility

Candidates should have passed 12th Class, Graduate, Post Graduate 2 year Diploma any board or University recognized by Haryana Government.
Applicant must be a Domicile of Haryana state.
The Candidates must be registered under the employment exchange for a minimum of 3 years any employees who have been dismissed from a government service are not eligible.

Candidates’ age limit should not be less than 21 years and not more than 35 years.

Through Haryana Saksham Yojana, the biggest benefit is provided to the state by giving unemployment allowance to the unemployed youth and reducing the unemployment rate of the state.
Saksham Yuva Yojana was launched on 01 November 2016.
The benefit of this Saksham Yojana scheme is available only for 03 years.
Under Haryana Saksham Yojana 2022, the state government gives an unemployment allowance of Rs. 100 per month to matriculation pass, Rs. 900 per month to intermediate, Rs.1500 per month to graduate and Rs. 3000 per month to post graduate.
Only the youth of Haryana between 21 years to 35 years are eligible to apply for this scheme.
The family income of the applicant should not exceed 03 lakhs per annum.
