- Officer: Maximum 30 Years
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 35 Years
- Jr Engineer Assistant: Maximum 30 Years
- Age Relaxation: As per Government Rules.
Eligibility
- Officer / Assistant Manager (Marketing): B.Sc (Agri) with M.Sc (Agri) minimum 60% marks OR B.Sc (Agri)/B.Tech with full time MBA/PGDBM (Marketing/Agri-Business/Rural Management) minimum 60% marks.
- Officer (Marketing – Import & Export): Same as above.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (Chemical O&U): 3 Years Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical OR B.Sc (PCM) minimum 50% marks.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (UPH Operations): 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical minimum 50% marks.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (QA & Inspection – Mechanical): 3 Years Diploma in Mechanical minimum 50% marks.
- Jr Engineer Assistant (Instrumentation): 3 Years Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics related disciplines minimum 50% marks.
Pay Scale / Salary Details
- Officer (E-1): ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 | Approx CTC: ₹14.50 LPA
- Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 | Approx CTC: ₹18.10 LPA
- Jr Engineer Assistant (L0): ₹25,000 – 86,400 | Approx CTC: ₹8.40 LPA
