Educational Qualification & Experience
- Project Manager: Ph.D. in any discipline of Science/Mathematics with minimum 5 years experience, including 3 years in Teacher capacity building/Teacher training programs on STEM subjects. OR Post-Graduate Degree in Science/Mathematics/Education with minimum 10 years experience in Teacher capacity building/Teacher training programs on STEM subjects.
- Teaching Associate: Post-Graduate Degree in Science/Mathematics/Education OR B.Tech/B.E from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade (CGPA 5.5+).
- Teaching Assistant: Post-Graduate Degree in Science/Mathematics/Education OR B.Tech/B.E with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Administrative Assistant: Bachelors’ degree in Commerce/BBA with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade.
- Multi-Task Assistant: 12th pass in any discipline.
Pay Scale
- Project Manager: Rs. 90,000 – 1,10,000/- per month
- Teaching Associate: Rs. 40,000 – 45,000/- per month
- Teaching Assistant: Rs. 30,000 – 35,000/- per month
- Administrative Assistant: Rs. 30,000 – 40,000/- per month
- Multi-Task Assistant: Rs. 20,000 – 25,000/- per month
