Eligibility
- 1st Class Master’s Degree in Mechanical / Production & Industrial Engineering.
- Relevant experience in machining operations like lathe, milling, grinding, smoothing, polishing.
- Experience in complete characterisation of optical components.
- Desirable: Experience in optical workshop, fabrication of optics, optical surface characterization using contact & non-contact interferometric profilers.
- Knowledge of surface polishing and super finishing is desirable.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Rs. 47,790 – 62,350/- per month
- Plus HRA @ 27%
- Consolidated Pay as per IIT Delhi norms
