- Assistant Professor Gr II: Level 10 (₹57,700 – ₹98,200) & Level 11 (₹68,900 – ₹1,17,200)
- Assistant Professor Gr I: Level 12 (₹1,01,500 – ₹1,67,400)
- Associate Professor: Level 13A2 (₹1,39,600 – ₹2,11,300)
