Eligibility
- Candidates must have qualified GATE 2023 or 2024 or 2025 in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Computer Science & Information Technology (CS).
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E / B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering, OR
- M.Sc in Electronics / Computer Science / Physics with Electronics / Electronics & Communication, OR
- Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from a Government recognized University / Institute.
Pay Scale
- Level – 7: Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/- plus admissible Central Government allowances.
- Special Security Allowance @ 20% of basic pay in addition to other allowances.
- Cash compensation in lieu of duty on holidays (up to 30 days).

- Shortlisting based on GATE Score (2023 / 2024 / 2025).
- Skill Test – Practical and Technical based on job profile.
- Interview – To assess subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Final merit based on GATE (750 Marks), Skill Test (250 Marks), and Interview (175 Marks).
- Waiting list will be prepared as per DoPT guidelines.
