Eligibility

  • Retired/VRS Officers from Railways, Govt. Departments, Central PSUs, Ports, JV Companies under Govt. control.
  • Must have experience in execution of Infrastructure Projects of Railways, Metro, Ports, Highways, etc.
  • For Sr. Manager (Civil) (E-3): Retired in PB-3/2 GP 5400/4800 (6th CPC) or E-3 IDA Scale (Rs. 24900–50500).
  • For Manager (Civil) (E-2): Retired in PB-2 GP 4600 (6th CPC) or E-2 IDA Scale (Rs. 20600–45600).

Pay Scale

  • Sr. Manager: β‚Ή60,000/- (Basic Pay) + IDA + HRA + Perks
  • Manager: β‚Ή50,000/- (Basic Pay) + IDA + HRA + Perks
  • Perks: 20% of Basic Pay
  • Transport Allowance: 10% of Basic Pay (if vehicle not provided)
