Eligibility
- Scientist/Engineer – SC: B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with 65% marks.
- Scientist/Engineer – SD: Ph.D. in relevant field with required academic qualifications.
- Medical Officer – SC: MBBS with 2 years experience and NMC registration.
Pay Scale
- Scientist/Engineer – SC (Level 10): ₹56,100/- + Allowances
- Scientist/Engineer – SD (Level 11): ₹67,700/- + Allowances
- Medical Officer – SC (Level 10): ₹56,100/- + Allowances + 20% NPA
