- Young Professional (Graduates): B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EE/Civil/CS/IT/Mech from a recognized university.
- Young Professional (Technician): Diploma in ECE/EE/Civil/CS/IT/Mech.
- Associate Consultant: Retired personnel with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in telecom project handling.
- Consultant: Retired Officers with minimum 10 years of project management experience in telecom.
- Advisors: Retired Officers with minimum 15 years of experience in project management/business development in telecom industry.
