- Visit the official website – jnport.gov.in
- Download the application form from the official website or collect it from the JN Port Authority Sports Council office, Navi Mumbai.
- Fill the application form carefully and attach self-attested copies of certificates, Aadhar card, and PAN card.
- Submit the filled form in a sealed envelope to Manager (HRD)/General Secretary, JNP Sports Council, Administration Building, Sheva, Navi Mumbai – 400707 between 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on or before 10 November 2025.
