- A degree in Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology from a UGC-recognized institution with at least 2 years of work experience in any recognized gym.
- A Fitness Trainer Coach Certificate / Gym Trainer Course Certificate / Fitness Manager Course Certificate from a nationally recognized institution with at least 2 years of work experience in any recognized gym.
- Completion of B.P.E / B.P.Ed / B.P.E.S Diploma with Gym/Fitness Instructor’s Diploma Certification from a central/state government UGC-recognized institution with at least 2 years of work experience in any recognized gym.
