Application Fee
- General / Cat-IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB & Other State Candidates: ₹1,000/-
- Cat-I, SC, ST, PwD, Transgender: ₹700/-
Eligibility
- Master’s Degree or equivalent from a UGC-recognized University.
- General: Minimum 55% marks; Reserved categories: 50% marks.
- Final year postgraduates can apply provisionally.
- Ph.D. holders (completed Master’s before 19 September 1991) get 5% relaxation.
- No upper age limit for Assistant Professor eligibility.
Selection Criteria
- Only top 6% of candidates qualifying with minimum marks will be declared eligible.
- Qualifying Marks: General – 40%, Reserved Categories – 35% (aggregate of both papers).
