- For Sr. DGM (HR): Minimum 12 years of experience in a Govt./PSU HR department.
- Candidates from Government services must apply via proper channel with required certificates.
Salary / Stipend
- Additional General Manager (HR): ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 (IDA Pay Scale, E-7)
- Senior Deputy General Manager (HR): ₹90,000 – ₹2,40,000 (IDA Pay Scale, E-6)
