Pay Scale

  • NABARD Assistant Manager Pay Scale: The initial basic pay of selected candidates will be Rs. 44500/- per month on a scale of Rs. As per prevailing rules, the pay ranges from Rs 44500 – 89150 with additional benefits like Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance. At present, the estimated gross monthly emoluments are Rs. 100000/-.

Selection Process

  • The selection consists of Preliminary Examination (Phase I), Main Examination (Phase II), and Interview (Phase III). Final selection will be done on the basis of the main examination and interview.
