Application Fee
- General / EWS / OBC: Rs. 600/- plus applicable taxes (i.e. Rs. 708/- per application)
- SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen / Female: Nil
Age Limit (as on 01-10-2025)
- Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per NHPC rules.
Eligibility
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as an elective at degree level OR Master’s degree in English with Hindi as an elective at degree level.
- Junior Engineer (JE): Full-time three years regular Diploma in respective engineering discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical / E&C) from Government / recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
- Supervisor (IT): Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ level OR three years polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT OR BCA / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
- Sr. Accountant (S1): Inter CA Pass or Inter CMA Pass candidates are eligible.
- Hindi Translator: Master’s degree in Hindi/English with the other as elective at degree level.
Pay Scale
- Assistant Rajbhasha Officer (E1): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA)
- JE / Supervisor (S1) / Sr. Accountant: Rs. 29,600 – 1,19,500 (IDA)
- Hindi Translator (W06): Rs. 27,000 – 1,05,000 (IDA)

- Click on the “Admit Card” / “Careers” section from the homepage.
- Find the link for “NHPC JE Admit Card 2025” and click on it.
- Enter your Registration Number, Date of Birth and captcha code.
- Click on “Submit” and download your admit card. Take a printout for future reference.
Important Notice
- Candidates must carry the printed admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination center.
