Eligibility
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M.E/M.Tech./M.S or B.E./B.Tech. in relevant specialization of Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Computer Engineering with minimum 60% marks (or minimum CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale). For SC/ST candidates: 55% marks or minimum CGPA 6.0.
- Project Associate: M.E/M.Tech./M.S or B.E./B.Tech. in relevant specialization of Electrical Engineering/Electronics and Communication Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Computer Engineering with minimum 60% marks (or minimum CGPA 6.5 on a 10-point scale). For SC/ST candidates: 55% marks or minimum CGPA 6.0.
Fellowship
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
- Project Associate: Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA as per norms
