- Chief Manager (E-3): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/E&E/E&C/IT/CS with 60% marks
- Chief Manager (F&A) (E-3): CA/CMA or Graduate in Commerce with 2 years MBA (Finance)
- Manager (F&A) (E-2): CA/CMA or Graduate in Commerce with 2 years MBA (Finance)
- Deputy Manager (E-1): Graduate with 2 years MBA (HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare)
- Deputy Manager (F&A) (E-1): CA/CMA or Graduate in Commerce with 2 years MBA (Finance)

- Chief Manager (E-3) / Chief Manager (F&A) (E-3): Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
- Manager (E-2) / Manager (F&A) (E-2): Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
- Deputy Manager (E-1) / Deputy Manager (F&A) (E-1): Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
