Eligibility
- Warden: B.A / B.Sc
- Chowkidar cum Sweeper: HSC
- Head Cook: Persons having cooking experience (Higher qualification is no bar).
- Assistant Cook: Persons having cooking experience (Higher qualification is no bar).
Pay Scale
- Warden: Rs. 21,175/-
- Chowkidar cum Sweeper: Rs. 7,500/-
- Head Cook: Rs. 9,000/-
- Assistant Cook: Rs. 6,750/-

Selection Process
- The selection process will be conducted by the Collector-cum-Chairman, OAVs, Ganjam.
- Selection will be based on merit, experience, and interview as applicable for the respective posts.

- Fill the application form carefully with all required details.
- Attach all the relevant documents and enclosures.
- Send the completed form to “District Education Office, Ganjam, Giriroad, Berhampur, PIN – 760003” through Registered/Speed Post.
- Ensure the envelope is superscribed “Application for the post of WARDEN/HEAD COOK/ASST. COOK/CHOWKIDAR-CUM-WATCHMAN of Aska block for other than KGBV Type-IV Girls’ Hostel.”
